Youth Athlete Training

Give your young athlete the boost they need with our Youth Athlete Training. Tailored for the young guns aged 12 and up, we focus on the essentials - skills, fitness, and a whole lot of fun. Our certified trainers are all about creating a safe, enjoyable space for kids to excel.

We stress the importance of technique, staying injury-free, and growing stronger and more confident. No matter the sport, we're here to help young athletes shine and foster a love for staying active for life.

Not only do they have all the equipment you’d want for weight lifting & cardio, but there’s a professional sports tunnel where you can pitch and bat baseballs, cross-fit train, punch a heavy bag or bring your whole basketball, baseball, etc team to get conditioning training with ‘hall of fame’ coach Derek Wilson who also trains/preps bodybuilding/fitness competitors. The staff are friendly, willing to help you make the most of your time there and keep the place spotless.
